40k Terrain: Deluxe Craters Part 1

Monday, September 27th, 2010

Games Workshop’s moonscape pack is a pretty good value. For under $20 dollars and well under two hour’s time, you can have five nicely detailed 40k terrain craters. These craters are multi-functional. They can be used in Planetstrike to reflect the pre-game bombardments and fires storms; and they can be used in any Warhammer 40k game to show where tanks or fortifications blew up. Cool Goth 40k Terrain

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010

Great post on Warhammer Fantasy Battle Reporter Forum. Some really nice terrain pieces by Dreamspirit shows how easy it is to take a Goth style structure and turn it into a 40k building. It’s supposed to be fun, and we’re supposed to be good sports when we win and lose. Do what YOU think is fun that other people will do with you. Hopefully, that will include some element of… Continue reading

94aab9e4963cd89 40k Terrain Better craters take time...

I’m putting final touches on my Games Workshop 40k terrain craters. I’ve put all sorts of battlefield debris on the five craters and it’s taking a bit to paint. And the tutorial’s taking a bit of time to write. So, for now, I’ll have to leave you with these two teasers. I think they work superb with my Imperial Guard. 40k scenery doing what… Continue reading
